    Ok, so here's my mistake

I deleted from cydia sbsettings, and the problem is that i was using sb settins to hide icons like, cydia installer offline maps, they were all in the sbsetting dock, so ... sbsetting now is gone... how can i recover the cydia installer and other icons from the dock? can i access cydia from elsewhere to install back sbsetting?

why did you remove it in the first place? lol or install sbsettings from a depackaged .deb and ssh it in and stuff. don't ask me for the package. or get installer from a website (and ssh it in) and install it.

if you have installer than i think there is a way to get cydia in there and just install it then uninstall it and reinstall it and you should get a fresh cydia. i did it but the opposite. i used cydia to get installer.

if you have bosspreffs/poof, just unhide the icon. otherwise I think you will have to restore unless your ssh is on.
