i basically installed sendpics app in which when i save in sketch i can see it in sendpic app and you can also find it when you FTP your ipod i forgot the directory but it not hard to find it...i think it tell you were the pics should be at when you install and go in it for the first time cause it will say "there is no pic at (the directory)"

    The images get saved into:

    /private/var/root/Media/DCIM/100APPLE

You can access them using a FTP client such as CuteFTP. For those that don't know how to access the ipod filesystem via FTP follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you have OpenSSH installed on your jailbroken ipod from the installer app.

    2. Download an FTP Client. (CuteFTP is an example, google it)

    3. Type in the IP address of your iPod as the host (can be found in the wifi settings of your ipod). Then type in 'root' as the username and 'alpine' as the password.

    4. Navigate to the path shown above and copy the images over to your computer.

    Hope that helps.

I used iBrickr, but the rest was the same.

Do you think it'll add saving to the iPods photo album in a future version?
