Ok so I found an application in the appstore WebSave but it doesnt operate within safari (which would be really nice) and it takes quite a while to load the page that is saved on the ipod ironically, it also doesn't display the page correctly.

So my question is, are there any plugins for safari on the ipod that mean you can bookmark pages to view offline, or just a standalone application to do it better than WebSave?

    Thanks

Wasn't there one called iWebSaver or something. It was a bookmarklet, not an app and could be used jailbroken or not. Worked when I used to use it.

Read It Later Pro or Instapaper are the apps you need. Both have a lite version. RiL is a lot cheaper and it the one I have. It works pretty well and there is an update waiting to be approved.

Instapaper. it is very easy to use and you have the option to store it full html or only text. I have the full version and I found it worth the money if you have an ipod. For the iphone it would be a waste of money
