Is it possible to tune to satellite radio stations, or internet stations? I somewhere read an article about satellite stations not supported but it was dated in 05. What about internet radio?

I use WunderRadio for my internet radio listening on my iPhone. It's a pit pricey but the most stable and functional radio app I have found. It also seems to have the widest choice of stations search by country, genre etc.

iheartradio and Public Radio Tuner are free, but can be unstable at times.

I like slacker radio and pandora radio myself. Both of them are free and let you customize stations to your likes and dislikes.

There is Pandora which I use a little bit.

I usually use Last.fm only because I have an account with them and that's where I get all my new music.

I use Fstream for internet radio everyday at work. Very good program you just have to manually input the stream url into the program.

I decide to go with wunderadio since it seems to be the best choice.

BTW is it possible for a station to show which track is currently playing?

Guys as for satelite radio is there any good option?

Can i for example capture them via my dish's lnb and a pci satellite card and then stream them to ipod?

    Is it even worth it?

Are satellite stations better than the internet's?

In my opinion apps like Slacker Radio and Pandora are superior to satellite radio. They let you fine tune the stations to you likes and dislikes. With satellite radio you are stuck with the programmed material. With these apps you can fine tune your own stations to the point you won't be hearing artists/tracks that you don' like.
