This is a discussion thread for the "Samsung: Power, Corruption and Lies" story posted on the front page.
And then there's this: http://www.theverge.com/2012/8/8/3227289/samsung-apple-ux-ui-interface-improvement/in/2971889
Interesting article. But, honestly, I could care less what the company does as long as their products are a high quality for a low price. Which is why I have an HP laptop, thinking along those lines. High quality, low price.
Eh, I'm gonna read it but seriously all companies care about nothing but money and power. *off to read*
Really good, fav quote from the article. "You’re welcome to love Android and hate Apple. Just don’t be fooled into thinking Samsung are the good guys."
I'll bet that most of you didn't even read the whole thing. Samsung's political influence and monetary crimes are only half of it; the most sound argument for me was how Samsung avoids criticism that Apple takes, just because Apple is Apple and Samsung isn't. Bad working conditions? Now that's something to look into. I'm not going to get into the whole Samsung-is-bad thing, but this article is only the beginning of why Samsung, to me, is a bad company in many respects.
