    This whole thing is getting boring. Samsung and Apple should come to a peaceful agreement by themselves and realize they shouldn't kill each other. Apple needs Samsung. Samsung needs Apple.

    That "old" lawsuit is far from over. There will be an appeal and based on what the jury foreman has said during interviews, you could question if the verdict is even valid since it seems they didn't follow the jury instructions.

    Its good that they're at war. The consumer wins. Samsung and other company's are chasing Apple having no choice but to put out a more advanced product. Once the public sees that they are getting screwed by Apple just because of the name then that will be the time for Apple to use the latest and greatest technology. For now they will rake in the billions with an inferior product. Im an Apple fanboy mostly because of the OS and Appstore.
