    I've had Jelly Bean for a while now without TouchWiz. Running an AOKP custom rom and a nice kernel, got it clocked at 2.1GHz. Buttery smooth and fast as hell.

    That phone hasn't been out that long.. So its a fast update for the SGS3 BUT not for the rest of the phones on that website list
