Ive read about people using smart phones to get 3G access on their ipod's and such. My Samsung A737 isn't a "smartphone" but it has 3G and such. Just wondering if there is any possibility to use it's connection abilities with my ipod?

*notice* i had no clue where this topic would go, so forgive me.

    Thanks!

Unfortunatley the Samsung A737 doesn't have WiFi so you won't be able to use it as a mobile hotspot.

Currently only some symbian phones and windows mobile phones can act as a wirelss hotspot and the phone needs to have a WiFi chip (such as some of the Nokia N series phones).

I have a HTC TyTN variant (MDA Vario II) running Windows mobile 6 and I use a program called WMWiFiRouter created by Jorrit Jongma. It works great with the touch and in some instances I get faster access than my 2Mbps cable connection.
