Apple should have a section for all apps that are on sale/free. Of course it would be sorted by popularity, nobody wants to comb through the pages of Chinese developer app sales that are near constant (not that all of their apps are bad, just most of them).

Yea, that'd be very useful, but I'm fine using sites that show all changes in price.

There's SlideToPlay, click App Store > Price Changes. And there's also AppShopper, which you can customize to your liking; ex. iPad or iPhone apps only, just games, just price changes, just app updates etc. You can also 'mark' apps that you want so they'll email you whenever the app goes on sale or gets an update etc.

Edit: AppShopper JUST released their own application, just search AppShopper in the App Store!
