    Hi guys how are you?

I have one little problem, since Google launched it's iPhone optimized version I can only see the old classic one.

One of the things that happen is when i navigate to http://www.google.com/ it automatically redirects to the page that belongs to my country(Portugal) http://www.google.pt/m. I tried to change the internacional settings on the preferences to United States but it still does the same. So I thing it must be something related with the User Agent that Safari sends when he navigates to an URL.

But I also doubt about one thing related to the User Agent, I've read something about certain iPhone optimized pages that don't work on the iPod Touch because one of the elements on the User Agent changes from iPhone to iPod.

Do you know if the problem I'm having it's related with anything I've just wrote?

    Thank You

    Best Regards,

    João Guerreiro

Ok I found it by myself, the problem is the URL redirection to my country's domain instead of staying www.google.com as I entered, it redirects to www.google.pt and this one isn't prepared for the iPod Touch. So what I did was get one of the IP Addresses of www.google.com and put it in the address bar of safari and then voilá, Google went iPod Friendly

because with the IP he can't redirect to other URL.

    Thanks anyway
