Does anyone know a way to change/bypass the annoyance of using safari on the ipod touch for sites with a mobile version? One site in partiular is www.itv.com its a TV stations site and defaults to its mobile version, whih is crap, no matter the link i use in safari on ipod touch. It must detect mobile safari and won't let me view as normal page. Im on ipod touch 2g over wifi. Any ideas or hacks/apps to get around this annoyance? Jailbreak apps are no problem so any will do. Perhaps a way to change the safari's 'signature' to behave like a PC/Mac version.
    Thanks!

Seems to do the trick - so far, so good! Thanks! Not sure how well it works and why not for you. Perhaps there are some other ways to solve this problem.
