    Hey yall
i got a question about safari. When i get on campus i try to connect to safari through wi-fi. (the university has free wi-fi access) The thing is you need to sign in to get on the net. Usually when browsing on a PC a window will pop up to sign in. On the touch it does not do this. I have the pop-up blocker off, and i cannot get it to work.

If anyone has suggestions please let me know

    Thanks.

If the network has a pass shouldn't you need to put it on before you can connect???

yes that is why i dont know what is going on with it. Like i said on a PC, when you click on the IE, a window will pop up making you sign in with your username and password. On the touch, it does not do this.

Does the pop-up work on Safari for Windows? I'm not sure if they look it down to IE (godforbid)... Or possibly it uses Java?
