    Hi all,

Is there a way in safari to force a link to open in a new page/window?
I know some sites will automatically open in a new window, and that creates the page in the browser. But it would be a great feature if I could force the link to open on another page.

I'm guessing this isn't possible, but it never hurts to ask.

There's no way that I know of. That's one of the only features that I wish the iPod has but doesn't.

Yes there is. But that isn't the question. What Safari lacks is the option to force a clicked link to open up in a new page.

Maybe you should read the posts more clearly...there is a button to open a new page but it will be a blank page...

What the OP was asking was if there was an option to...''open this link in a new tab''...like in IE,Firefox,etc...
