    Can you take a screen shot of your problem? Youtube.com on mobile safari usually displays something different than on a PC, i'm not sure what your problem is, a capture of your screen will help.

    Youtube is redirecting it to their Mobile site, which is made for phone browsers and not the iPhone's desktop caliber browser. The fix:

    *Press the home button located near the bottom edge of your device
    *search the SpringBoard for an icon that looks somewhat like an old television set
    *press that icon
    *enjoy.

    I know about that...

    I am just scared that my iTouch is messed up :|

    I mean...

    I just restored from jailbreaking and now I have a normal 1.1.4 firmware... and I am just worried that it broke something

    I see the same thing, so no need to worry mate. It's not your iPod.
