Is it just me, or is Safari MUCH quicker loading pages in 1.1.2 then in 1.1.1? Not that it was slow before, but now it seems really fast. What do you guys think?

I think it's a little faster, and it connects to my AP a lot faster.

I think it's faster. However, I always connect to my neighbors wireless, so sometimes finding a signal is hard, but when I have a signal I think it loads faster. Of coarse this is my opinion.

As I said in my previous post. Safari renders pages QUICKER in the newer 1.1.2 firmware. This is a true fact. Visit http://shopping.yahoo.com on old iPod Touch firmware and then http://shopping.yahoo.com on your newer iPod Touch firmware. The speed is NOTICEABLE! Upgrade to the newer version.

I'd just like to add that the Audio is more clearer and better. It's improved on the newer version. So yes, you're missing out by staying at firmware 1.1.1. It's your choice really. Everything is automated, you just need to download and install the right things.

Yep, now I'm positive. It is faster. I've been playing around with it and there is a definite difference. And to think I started to regret updating.
