I've jailbroken my iTouch and that all went fine, up to 1.1.2(great work guys). The Mail works very nicely, too, but at the school where I work, in order to use the wireless, you need to enter a password on your computer in safari.

That works somewhat - I can then browse the internet. But Mail and other apps(Weather if not other things) don't seem to be aware that they're able to look at the internet. Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?

(the big advantage for me is that I can check email sent to my domain address, but that requires a relatively complicated login from the web and just requires wireless access from my iTouch)

    Thanks in advance,

    Andy

it doesnt work because when those apps try to access there files, they are redirected to ur schools login page, so it wont work, you'll have to access all that from safari...

    hope this helps...

I was hoping not to hear that, though that makes a lot of sense.

Unfortunately. There might be some free wireless nearby(I'm in a large urban city), so I might be able to get a workaround, but...

    Thanks,

    Andy
