    i was wondering if it is possible to port the mobile safari download plugin or if it is even being ported already

    i had a thread on this a while ago but nobody seemed to know anything about an update, hopefully some1 will know in this thread

    ya i really freakin want this. it was one of my most frequently used packages from 1.1.4, and did anyone notice how quickly it downloaded things?

    Oh and there should be a mobilefinder release too.

    dont forget avplayer! lol........

    but ya someone really should port this

    and actualy 1adam1 it really depends on how close your ipod touch is to ur wireless router

    ...Download speed is not directly reliant on the proximity to the router...

    As long as you're within connection range, you should not face any issues downloading things... assuming you have a good WiFi service... In fact, download speeds really depend on whether or not you have a good service. May I suggest Comcast (I'm NOT advertising...)?
