Safari doesn't remember passwords

    Do you mean it doesn't store passwords or it won't keep you logged in to a website?
    If the former, then you are out of luck as that is not a feature. Perhaps there is a workaround with a jailbroken iPod.

    There is a recent thread around here somewhere with the cookies (staying logged-in) issue, but I cannot seem to find it.

    No big deal. The link I posted led me to the answer. In Safari, I have stayed logged in (at least for the Google app) the whole day now.
