You may have a bad wireless connection.

    try re-entering your connection.
in wifi hit the blue arrow and hit stop remembering this connection
    and then re-enter your password

The SafariDL plugin's in the main BigBoss Cydia repo. As for the download, if you're downloading from [PIRACY.rs] or [PIRACY.mu], be warned that some sites do some sort of URL forwarding which means the 'download' you get was just the link to forward to a third server. This prevents leeching via direct-links or download managers, but kills the ability of SafariDL to download those files.

In other words, it's the site's anti-leeching systems that're screwing you over.

If you post or PM me some links that don't seem to work, i'll try to investigate.

[PIRACY.rs] definitely does some stuff that makes it difficult for the plugin to work though. But I've been running it on 2.1 and it's been working for things it used to work on before such as part of dtunes (seeqpod) and the like.
