Basicly, I created a symlink so I could view all my iPods files in mobilefinder, and when I go to my Downloads folder I can't move any files or rename them. Also I can't unzip a rom I dl'ed for nes. Is there anything that can be done, because being able to move rename zip unzip and more would be nice.
    TIA

Well I have noticed the same problem, the mobilefinder application does not have permissions to modify anything past var/mobile.
So basically it cant be easly fixed, you can try some hex edits but good luck. Im just gonna wait for gojonnyboi's gFinder app.

Yeah me too, that app store finder is not meant for what "we need" it for.

oh well. I can't wait for the gFinder app. I've tried changing permissions for the downloads folder and the folder with mobilefinder in it. I guess I will just have to wait for the things I want a finder application to do. It was nice in 1.1.4, when you could download things, unzip them, move them, and run them when you didn't have a computer to use to ssh.
