    You may have [PIRACY]us installed.
It has a plug-in which takes the place of Safari Download Plug-in thus Safari Download cannot install correctly.

Uninstall [PIRACY]us and then reinstall or just plain install the Safari Download Plug-in which AppShare can also use to function properly.

    This should remedy the glitch.

Where is the file it cannot overwrite?
SSH into that location, manually delete it, and delete [PIRACY]us from /Applications.

Then see if Safari Download can install correctly. Then when you can uninstall, remove [PIRACY]us and reinstall Safari Download to be sure of correct installation.
(AppShare can function without [PIRACY]us, as stated before, it can use Safari Download)

The things you try to uninstall with broken dependencies will allow you to. If you have any of these installed, uninstall them.
