What are Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby and Tcl runtime environments. What do they do?

Those enable your iPod to view pages with PHP, Perl, Tcl, etc in Safari. If you delete those, nothing with with for example, php, will work, such as any forum site.

Like if you put a php file and a bunch of image files in a folder in a webhost then you can have an image rotator and it can cycle images on every refresh other than that I dont know much about php. I have no idea what the other ones do, although u have heard of them
