I am just looking for a good rss feed app that will upload ‘full’ news articles to my ipod touch so I can read them while I am offline.

I have an rss feed app right now that grabs my google feeds, but it only uploads snippets of the articles, not the whole article.

maybe its not possible.... if i cannot find something i may take the touch back.

    argh

    1. Make a request here at iPod touch / iPhone Developers in "Application Ideas".

    2. Here is another method:

I like Pro RSS, because it has optional Archive (however, not the full article) and Save images to Photo app. I too would like to select full articles for adding and deleting from an offline cache. However Pro RSS goes to View Website, to Safari or Send link to email.

In this instance, for example, write the request in a Review at the Apple Store from iTunes.

If you do not own the app, then use the contact information: either website or support.

    3. However, USA Today, BBC Reader, Mining News, AP Mobile, Fox12 To Go, I do have, do keep the full article in a cache. News Envi, Newsdesk, NY Times and News do not.

FeedReader, I have, keeps the full article however there are no offline images.

It makes RSS sense: you can check quickly to see if worth bothering to read the entire article.

Add feeds. However, not every RSS reader accomodates every RSS feed type.

I have so many readers, because I can get the real-news. I didn't list all of them, only the ones I have that met your criteria.

A while ago i wrote a piece of java which would do this ie create a version of the rss feed with fully body content, its generic so it should work with most feeds\articles, if you have access to a server (although the house computer would also work) I dont mind giving you the code.
For an example this is the google reader copy of iPod touch Fans rss feed.
