I am trying to rotatate my status bar for landscape themes but I do not understand the threads I found about it. Can someone give me a step by step on how to do this. It would be awesome if someone made a cydia dowload for winterboard where you could turn this off and on! Thanks

You CAN. However, there's no winterboard solution as of yet. It can be easily done by swapping out two .plist files, which are readily available in multiple threads on the subject.
