It will definitely work on a 2g touch. I have an 8gb iPod Touch 2g, and I use a Holux 236gpslim with RoqyBT and my TomTom app. It is amazing, no problems yet

Not sure if the built in GPS of a Nokia N95 can be used, but with my Sprint Mogul running Windows Mobile 6.x I can try out something called GPSgate Express that might work, to connect to Roqy.
