    the worst part is they are trying to SELL the jailbreak software....Isn't that illegal? And immoral?

    Open Source

    Its open source for a reason. I believe we should NEVER have to pay for software. I believe if I can write it, you can have it, but try to sell and you will pay.

    I can't believe they are even using a screen shot from it.

    He wil pay in the end.

    The source code is freely available for anyone to use however they damn well please. If someone wants to repackage it and even sell it, it's their choice. Unless there is a Community Commons License on the source code, there is nothing illegal in doing what this company has done.

    It defeats the purpose of the open source community, no profit should be made.
