PROS: Highly addictive, new multiplayer mode, website, ability to tweet highscores, great concept, good price, mutiple planes, NO ADDS!!!, stable app, easy controls, keeps track of personal stats, overall well thought out.

CONS: Music can get annoying after a while, only 3 airports.

The concept of the game is that you have to land all kinds of aircraft on different runways, and helipads, without anything crashing into anything else. It is all about space and time management, and hand-eye coordination.
Flight Control, in my opinion, is one of the best applications that you can get at the App Store. The concept of landing planes at an airport is very appealing, and it is a very interesting and original idea.
The game has 9 different airplanes ( there is a helicopter) and 3 airports. There should be a few more airports, but that will come with time. The graphics are clean cut and simple, and look nice, although it is only 2D not 3D.
The controls are simple but perfect. They are simple, as they pretty much consist of dragging the airplane the runway and the fast forward button. is very nice that you can pause your game, quit Flight Control, and be able to come back with your game still there. The fast forward feature is also good for those of us who can handle things being faster.
The 99 cent price is great considering how nice this app is. It is also a very stable app and has never quit on me.
Firemint, the developer, has created a nice website where top scores, averages, planes landed, ect. are posted. It is located at www.flightcontrol.cloudcell.com.
It is absolutely great to see no adds, because they can get extremely annoying.
The music can get annoying, but you can always play your own, and you can disable and enable game sounds before you start playing.
You can also play multiplayer if you have 3.0, and an iPod touch 2G, or iPhone 3g or 3Gs (it is Peer to Peer).
By the way, some apps don't work well with a jailbroken iPod or iPhone, like iDork, but Flight Control works perfectly.
Overall, this is an absolutely great app that you should considering buying.

I am sorry but this review looks terrible. Nothing is centered, pics are not uploaded correctly. I reccomend you re write the review and use a MR team review as a guide.

does it REALLY matter that much how it looks? this is a forum not the website for the white house. all that really matters is the review itself. and the pics are uploaded as thumbnails. so?
