sorry, I didn't take any pictures during the installation, I did however take some after shots:

    Looks Great!

Edge is a little rough but what are a few scratches when compared to hundreds on the old back!

    The Bottom is fine.

More light scratching on the other side.

    Another picture of the side.

The top is a little rough and there is a tiny bend in the metal from when i was installing it near the wifi receptor.

    Still works though!

    Overall:

installation: was very difficult, i would not recommend this if you don't have experience with this sort of thing or are nervous.

Feel: not great, my sleep/wake button doesn't click anymore.

    durability: very good.

Like I said in the installation, i was lucky that I didn't break something, so please only do this if you are comfortable in taking risks!

    Nice pics.
    My Sleep/Wake doesn't click either.

Yours fits on better than mine did and the gloss black finish looks much nicer than gold.
    I'm tempted to spend $55.

Some other people had problems with the sleep awake button, mine was perfect you just sccrew it in really tight. And if you have trouble installing it than take it to a ipod repair shop

Ahh looks so damn good! Hope i Can get one but im not used to Do this though...
Are ur so sure that U can just run into a shop and say that you want to replace the back? Im pretty pessimistic about that they actually will...
