Apple earbuds with remote and mic

    Look and Feel
The earbuds look great, just like the other "iBuds." They pretty much look and feel the same. The only exceptions are a somewhat longer cord, a longer headphone>iPod jack, and the slider thing where the two wires meet have one end open. They feel great in your ear, I don't know why people hate them for their feel.

    Sound Quality
The quality is equal to, if not better than the ones that originally come with it. I played some music through them, and they sounded almost as good as my ~$250 BOSE ones. Unfortunately, Skype won't work on OS 3.0, so I can't get any info on the call quality.

    Microphone
The mic was what really made me want to get these. The mic I'll give 4/5, because I have to be somewhat near the mic, which is opposite your face, to hear it very good. It does record with amazing quality, which I was amazed with in the Voice Memos app. Very cool.

    Remote
The remote is neat. Very neat. You can change the volume, pause and play songs (or videos), and skip back and forth through tracks, chapters, and such. I enjoyed playing music and changing through songs without having to go near my iPod. It sits right near your mouth, so fumbling with it feels natural.

I hope you enjoyed this review. Thanks for reading!

the earphones that come with an ipod hurt my ears after like 15 minutes of just being in my ears so these would be kool if that didnt happen

Sure Bose might be overpriced, but they're not $220 overpriced ¬_¬

A lot of language tools (hyperbole, sarcasm) do not work when typed. Be aware.

    Nice review, by the way.

OT: Im not saying that Apple buds are bad, they ARE good compared to Skullcandy and Bose, but no match the for Audiophile brands (Shure, Sennheiser)

Sennheiser CX-300s and CX-400s are $30 from ebay (those are low end) and thechungster's Sennheiser IE8s are $420-ish
