My first review! I didn't see this in any of the review roundups or in search, so I hope no one has posted this yet.
    App Name:
    AIM
    Developer/Company:
    AOL/LLC
    Size:
    556.4 KB
    Version:
    1.0
    Category:
    Social Networking
    Languages:
    English
    Rating:
    9/10
    Price:
    Free
    Requirement(s):
    iPhone/iPod Touch, FW 2.0
    Worth it:
    Definetly
    Summary:
This app is very helpful. It has a plain and simple layout, but it is very efficient in instant messaging people. I wish it could have had a more elegant design, but it is still very good, I enjoy using it. My instant messages come in clearly, and they are easy to send in receive. Also this application is free, so it is no problem to download it. There isn't really anything else to explain, it is just a nice simple application, and if you enjoy AIM messaging, then you should download this. It seems to take awhile to update who is online. For example the pic below:

and the first picture under screenshots were taken at the same time, the one above is on ichat, and the one under screenshots is from the AIM ipod application, which shows a huge difference in online buddies.

Thank you, and go to www.aim.com, and make an account, and my account name is topthatsflat. I think aim competes against aim, so they probably won't add them to the application.

The only problem i have with this app is when i get messages while not in the app, they come up blank!

it's very irritating, does anyone know how to fix this?

I think it's very thoughtful of you to post your friends screennames on a website that thousands of people view everyday ;D

Do we really need reviews for free apps? People can just download the app and judge it for themselves.
