I am trying to restore it from DFU mode but iTunes gets stuck saying "Waiting for iPod..." I have had a little search on the internet and the general consensus is it need to go back to apple. Ok fine it won't turn on so they can't tell it's jailbroken right? oh wait I have a custom boot logo

How should I go about attempting to fix this or get it replaced?

    EDIT: Fixed it now
