    Hi guys.
I just bought my ipod touch and I haven't even used it for a week and guess what, it's failing on me. I haven't jailbroken it or anything but it's staying just in recovery mode screen. I haven't even had it for a week, and I want to return it back to JB Hi Fi hopefully for a replacement or a refund. Now I just want to know; Will they straightly give the refund or the replacement or will they tell me to send my ipod back to apple. Has anyone perhaps gone through the same experience? I'd like to pretty please hear some opinions so if you could, just send me a msg or reply, that would be great thanx xD

Is iTunes recognizing it? If so, go to the iPod's screen in iTunes. Click restore. After that's done, if you are still having the problem, THEN send it to Apple.

if you send it to apple, remember that they usually replace it with a refurbished one
