My computer recently had many parts that got fried recently and I needed to replace them. Among those was my hard drive. I lost all my iTunes files etc. I was already able to transfer music over and that syncs fine now. Only problem is that my photos, videos, and applications dont sync because Im worried that all my application data will be lost if I sync. My computer already knows I have those applications. But what will happen if I sync?

If you bought the App's from the app store they will not be removed.. If you copied your music consider using Ipod Rip program I will post a link to a very good one that I used on both of my devices, It's not free but it is possable to download for free (i did shhhh)

Will the saved data be lost? Could I prevent this by copying a folder over using SSH?
