    Hey.. So my parents put a restrictions code on my phone and i cant get to the app store, so how am i suppose to be able to download skype or bypass the passcode?

    Welcome. If you jailbreak and install iFile you can find out the code.

    No, its fine. That wasnt rude at all. But my mother has this thing where she blocks my dads number and i have no way of communicating with him. So i have to get a texting app to be able to talk to him. Well, she also does restrictions where all i have is facebook and safari, and i want to be able to talk ro my dad. So i was trying to figure out how to be able to get by the restrictions code and get a texting app.

    Yeah ive heard a bunchhh of people say that works, but i have no way of getting to the app store, it is restricted as well.

    You download it from Cydia when you jailbreak. But, if you are really desperate just DFU restore and start over.
