Everything I download from Cydia, acts all haywire. Nothing acts like it should, nothing loads correctly, etc. I downloaded free homescreen 2.0, it doesn't work. I got winterboard, and everytime I select/deselect a option, if doesn't work when It resprings. I want to reset my firmware, but I want to keep all of my save files for my games, Like the sims 3, Zenonia, Need For speed, Metal Gear, etc. is that possible?

You can back it up, I'm sure.
There's some sort of option that allows you to backup your stuff.
Sorry, I am not sure what it is, though.
Wait for someone else to answer.

    1) Make a backup of your iPod in iTunes. iTunes makes one automatically when you plug your iPod in/sync.

    2) Restore to the default 2.2.1 firmware. When prompted, choose to keep your backup files (or something like this). The restore and resyncing of apps and media may take a few hours.

    3) Now you have all your apps and media on the default firmware. Rejailbreak using Redsn0w 0.3.
