So I made an enormous mistake. I restored my Ipod Touch without emptying Categories. So now, many things are missing in my Ipod (Settings, Videos, etc). What can I do to fix this problem?

Never mind, I just set it up as a new Ipod instead.

You could of just installed sbsettings or bossprefs and un-hid all the apps.
