Restoring to 1.1.4 Question- I am confused

My ipod touch jailbroken 1.1.4 is having some issues and i want to restore. Is there anyway to restore without it updating it to 1.1.5 because it says it will be restored to factory condition and the latest update (1.1.5) will be installed. Do i just download 1.1.4 firmware and then do shift click restore?

and where can i download 1.1.4? i've been googling and can't find

can someone step by step tell me what to do? how do i put in restore mode?

You Hold the Home and Sleep Button, then you KEEP YOUR Finger on the HOME BUTTOn LET GO OF THE Sleep button, Then Turn Your iPod on Still holding the Home. You should see a USB and the iTunes logo.

i have the itunes and the usb and it says this ipod is in restore mode, if i want to go to 1.1.4 do i click restore or shift-click restore and select the 1.1.4 ipsw, because otherwise won't it take me to 1.1.5?
