Ok. Well about 5 days ago I dropped my Ipod touch in water. Is gotten fully charged but my screen wont work! Its still lights up though. Anyway, I read online that I need to restore it but everytime I have tried ( about 4) it keeps saying that I have an error! How do I fix this? And Can I fix this?

its probably dead, when people say restoring can fix anything they mean software wise, if you had made it live in rice for a couple weeks it might have lived.

even if he still has it, he won't be able to repair or get a new ipod touch, cuz warranty does not cover water contacts

Why didn't you immediately put it in a bag of rice and leave it there for a week???

By putting power through it directly after you could short the internal electronics...as in water and electricity don't mix...

And you wonder why it's not working...
