Restoring Problem - WILLING TO PAY

    Ok, So...

I was restoring my ipod back with an old back up, but then I realized I didnt want all the apps, so I cancelled and tried restoring it back again, thinking of restoring it as a new iPod.

So iTunes was checking the firmware and preparing the iPod, but it kept loading and loading, so I disconnected the iPod, which was OFF.

Now it won't turn on, nor it will be detected as a device by my computer, not by iTunes, nothing!, I've tried restaring, DFU, recovery mode, nothing of connect, buttons pushing holding, NOTHING works... so far.

Im even willing to pay for someone that gives me a good answer to get my iPod back on working....

Thanks in advance for any answers....

Another one willing to pay...

Calm down. DFU is a HARDWARE function and doesn't matter what you attempted to pull software-wise. Simply googling "DFU vs Restore Mode" you'd probably get to this link: http://www.ihackintosh.com/2009/06/recovery-mode-and-dfu-mode/

PS: You shouldn't EVER yank the cable out of USB devices while they're hot (while they're doing something).

    Yeah, no need to pay.
Don't panic, that is probably why you aren't doing DFU correctly.

try telling apple what happened. is your jailbreak data still on there? cuz if it is, then apple might not help you.
