Restoring JB

    Ok so i had enough of this jailbreak im finding its getting usless and using to much battery so i was wondering to restore the ipod i just click restore or do i have to shift restore and choose the firmware im sorta confuzzled

    DFU
    Shift-click restore
    Find firmware you want.

    Well if you already have the normal 2.2.1 firmware, you can do the shift click, it'll be quicker.

    DFU will erase more traces of the jailbreak than a regular restore will

    I didn't mean to make it sound like you don't have to do DFU, we posted at the same time.

    also if you have MIM to change the "iPod" then you have to change it back to "iPod" before you un jb or it will stay their

    so i dont really need to go into dfu to get rid of jailbreak

    I NEED HELP I JUST CLICKED RESTORE AND I TURNED ON MY IPOD AND I DIDNT HAVE SOME OF THE STOCK APPS SETTINGS WAS MISSING WHAT DO I DO? help please
