I DON'T actually want to restore it back to factory settings. I want to keep it Jail broken. But everytime I install a Jailbroken app like Winterboard that requires my ipodtouch to reboot, It asks me to connect it to itunes and restore it. This has happened about 5 times now and i always have to start from scratch again. The ipod is constantly stuck on the "connect device to itunes" screen.

    Thanks in advanced!

It's a tethered jailbreak... Every time you restart you need to run it.

You can't. It's a tethered jailbreak. There is no untethered released yet.
