Sorry, what is ftp? The thing is that i have reinstall operating system and because of that i do not have iTunes Library of the files that are currently on my iPod Touch. So, I want to bring them back on my PC. With iTunes it is impossible to do this.

How about forcing your iPod into restore mode then using itunes to restore it?

What do you mean by that? I don't want to lose all the files.

    I'll give you ground.
Get OpenSSH for your iPot through installer
get CuteFTP for your windows (im assuming)
inside CuteFTP punch in all the right information (login = root password= alpine) and your IP address of ipot (find in settting i believe)
viola, if in this small sh*tty explanation you are able to get something going, congradulations, you should now be able to see all the folders within your ipod
just take the music out of there, and onto your PC

for detailed descriptions, PLEASE search this forum, most of the important threads are stickied
Note: there are other programs you can use for your PC, most guides will give you choices.
Note 2: FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.
