I was forced to freshly restore my iPod Touch today due to some issues with jailbreaking. After about six or so hours and two iPod restores, everything is fixed, except my Notes/Calendar/Contact entries were all deleted.

I have all of the Notes, Calendar entries and Contacts in an old iPod backup iTunes made (I found out about this backup when I restored my iPod, it gave me the option of restoring from a backup or to a new iPod), I'm just not sure how to transfer just that data to my iPod Touch.

I appreciate any links, suggestions or methods to figure this out.... I really need this data back. I had 100+ contacts (with addresses) and a lot of calendar entries that all cannot be replaced any other way.

So, is there any way to just fetch like a file of the calendar/contact data and move it back into the iPod using iPhoneExplorer or anything?
