hello, I'm fairly new to jailbreaking i guess, though i think i'm learning quite fast after jailbreaking 2.0
anyways, its been a while since i plugged my ipod into itunes and i've done all sorts of crap to it, but its telling me to restore, giving me no other options
i'm wondering if this will mess with any of the mods and apps i've downloaded, or if it will be fine
    =/

If you restore, it will delete ALL the information on your iPod. Your games, apps, music, photos, videos, contacts, ect. ALL gone.

ugh, so then, is there anyway to connect to itunes now? or am i pretty much screwed?

hm, I just thought, would it work to just copy all my files off my ipod via SSH, then restore, then copy them back on?

There's an application that ipodtouchmaster05 made... Backs up your apps everything

I'm not sure if that will work, give it a try.

lol i wouldn't really say "fixed" more like got lucky
one of the scariest moments of my life, right there xD
but, i had an afterthought about SSH'ing and copying the files, that whatever had made it unrecognizable would still be there >_>
    but, whatever, crisis averted
