Well I restored my iPhone from my previous iPod backup, and since doing that, my carrier now says "iPod" instead of "3" (the mobile network). Any ideas on how to get it back to saying 3? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a 4.1 jailbreak out? I haven't heard of one at this time.

Just restore (not from backup) and then it would be gone.

Try restoring from a backup before you change the carrier name maybe?

If the settings and so on from the iPod backup isn't that important to you, I would do a fresh start if I was you. Like, starting the iPhone up as a new phone withouth restoring it from a backup, if you get me.
