I enabled multitasking, wallpapers and battery percentage via the plist edit and was wondering if they would still be there if I restored? Thanks.

If you had to manually enable it, no it will not be there after a restore.

Restoring changes everything back to how the firmware was created. Anything manually edited will disappear.
