I have used source codes from different apps to make my own app! But I have no clue how to do it, I have seen tutorials online. They don't help.

what do you wanna to develop ?
They most Apps can be compiled with the offical xCode built in compiler.
You have only to edit some strings in some xmls/plists

if you are on osx, then you can simply use the compiler that xcode uses. no modification is necessary, just pass the right flags.

if not, then refer to: http://saurik.com/id/4

You don't need to modify anything with Xcode. I make all my JB apps in XCode.
