    Run rs is just a faster way of booting, which needs to be used if you want to use a dongle. From what I can tell, it seems to save all the necessary files/commands into your iPod Touch, so all you have to do is execute the "run rs" command to make it boot. I just switched to it, and it's ALOT easier to boot.
