If a computer can't emulate the psp very well, what makes you think an iPod will?

    It's likely not happening.
    Moved to the Emulators Section.

The ipod i don't think is even powerful enough for it. Nor would there be enough room for buttons on the screen: Analog Stick, R+L, D-Pad,Shape buttons, start, home, select, etc.

Well, N64 emulation on the PC is fairly decent, and your computer's monitor is probably at least 10 times bigger than your iPod's (which makes actually playing a game a lot more practical), so I suggest you download an emulator and some ROMs for your computer and play them on there.

With these current gen iPhones/iPods, it's impossible.
