OK, some people might like coverflow...but I don't. I find it very annoying that everytime my ipod/iphone tilts a little too far to either side, stupid coverflow pops up! Any chance somebody could create an app to disable coverflow from appearing?

    me too!
like when I lay on my side in my bed it always flips!

    HATE IT

I believe there was a way to disable the accelerometer functions on 1.1.x

Exactly! I don't see how hard this would be to make...just an app that would corrupt the code that switchs to coverflow when turned off...and then fixes it when turned off. I'm probably making it sound way too easy though.

Disabling the accelerometer would be a serious task to say the least...

Agreed...it was like a fun toy,a perk at first, but after a while it simply becomes a pest. It belongs in itunes and finder where you get both the list and icandy at the same time.
